Job description:
Responsible in inventory of x-ray supplies.
Responsible to attend seminars, renew x-ray license tooperate.
Give proper instruction to the patient in performingRadiograp.
Check regularly all equipment in radiology department for proper maintenance, schedule patient and give preparation as well the daybefore the examination.
File records and results of the patient for easy referral.
Prepares barium mixture and contrast medium to beused in different special procedures.
Takes good quality radiographs and processes themproperly.
Handles patients during procedures with utmost carewith the application of the basic principle of radiation protection.
Evaluates instruction from physician to determineproper examination and examination factors.
Prepares radiological report interpreted by theradiologist.
Perform duties in the dark room:
A. Changing the solution.
B. Developing films.
C. Arranging cassettes.
D. Keep all equipment in the darkroom on its proper places.
