Job Requirements and Specifications
Graduate of any four (4) year course
Preferably with understanding of medical terms
Good command of English language and grammar excellent communication skills
Highly computer literate
With excellent management skills
Can handle pressure and confidential information
Trustworthy, detail-oriented and self-motivated
Must have Corporate Business skills

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
A. Assistant to the Medical Director
Supports the Medical Director in implementation of the medical policies and procedures
Prepares reports/presentations of the Medical Director
Arranges the following Monthly Meetings
       Medical Director’s Council Meeting every 2 Monday of the month
       OB-GYN Department Meeting every 1 Friday of the month
       IM Department Meeting every 3 Saturday of the month
       Pediatrics Department Meeting every 1 Monday of the month

Gathers and files attendance sheets and minutes of every Department meetings in a monthly basis
Crafts Medical Director’s Memo and other correspondence 1 to 2 days after Board’s/Tech.Com approval
Acknowledges the concerns of consultants and relay these to the Chief of Clinics as and to the Medical Director
Communicates with the Administration regarding medical staff concerns and suggestion
Monitors the licenses of the Medical staff particularly PRC, PTR and S2
